Signs and Printing Artwork Files Guidelines
Okay, firstly and most importantly please don’t worry if all of this printing jargon goes over your head, getting your sign and print artwork just right is all part of the service. As a rough rule, if your artwork file size is over 10mb, you’ll generally find that your average e-mail server will get itself in a knot and throw a wobbly!

All artwork should be supplied as per our guidelines below:
With a 5mm bleed minimum
With crop marks
With each artwork/design as a separate file or page
With each file name including the finished dimensions and a description (eg. “3m x 1m Description.pdf”)
At the correct width-to-height ratio
In CMYK colour mode
With all images embedded
With all fonts converted to outlines/curves/shapes
With all visible in-canvas template elements removed

Accepted file formats: PDF, EPS, AI , PSD, TIFF, (recommended flattened) JPEG (recommended high-resolution)
